Peaceful Rest

I want to climb up those Golden stairs

Look and find that beautiful archway

See all things that make up Heaven

Walk with Him down a lovely pathway

It is there we all can find peaceful rest

There will never be a worry or a care

God will protect His flock from all harm

Happiness will be mine when I get there

My heart shall be His to keep forever

Love like I feel for Him is ever and true

He extends His hand to every sinner

He wants them saved and be there too

Go where your heart wants to take you

With God’s help it can be so easy to find

Confess your sins and believe in Jesus

You will know heaven was on your mind
