You Are On Your Way

To be held in the arms of my Savior

Is the greatest desire I have today

I know I have been a sinful person

I ask Him to forgive me when I pray

I regret doing things my Lord detests

The sinful nature of man I know I had

The devil was always enticing my soul

Always trying to make me do things bad

How thankful I found love in my Savior

Now that devil has been chased away

Never will I every turn away from Him

I find I have more love for Him every day

If there is a void in your life you can’t bear

Turn you thoughts to Jesus Christ this day

He will show you the pathway up to Heaven

If you believe in Christ you are on your way
