Leaves And Life

Our leaves this year are not very pretty

Without a frost most are turning Brown

Having not enough rain they were stressed

When a heavy rain came they fell down

This is very much like the life that we live

Unpredictable there’ll be good years and bad

Everything will be fine if we hold to our faith

To Jesus He is best friend that we ever had

Like the leaves coming back again next year 

We too can have a rebirth and be born again

With your friend having died for all your sins

Being true to Him a Heavenly home you gain

Perhaps next year the leaves will be beautiful

Much like the beauty up in Heaven we will see

Only through our friend Jesus will we see Heaven

What a life of wonder with Jesus shall there be
