Entirely Up To You

You don’t see Him, but he is always near

He knows your thoughts before you do

He has planned your life from birth to death

What you do with it is entirely up to you

He is a pleasant but also a wrathful God

He loves but He can give punishment too

He wants you to be with Him in Heaven

But that is something He doesn’t give you

His Son paid a heavy price for you and me

When they nailed Him to a cross on Calvary

He died to take away your sins if you confess

If we obey Him Heaven is home for you and me

Life here on Earth lasts only for a short time

In Heaven it will last throughout all of eternity

If you want to live in that beautiful land you can

You can start by praying to Him on a bended knee
