You Will Win

When your life seems dark and dreary

Take all your troubles to the Lord above

He will answer those prayers ask of Him

You will find your heart is filled with love

Your day will change as you talk with Him

Thoughts of a bad day will change to good

Pay heed to every word that He says to you

That place in Heaven is yours if you would

He will tell you He has made a home for you

Home that lasts throughout the eternal years

Where happiness abounds with love aplenty

There with God knowing we will have no fears

If tomorrow He should call will you be ready

Have you ask forgiveness for all of your sin

Do you believe there is a God up in Heaven

If you do there is a crown that you will win

Never Fade

Listen to everything He tells you

Ever word He says to you is true

Always believe what Jesus does

He does everything for you too

We are all the children of God

He created us by His own hand

Not in a hap hazard kind of way

But by the way that He planned

He loves and wants love in return

Only you can make up your mind

Do you want to see Him in Heaven

It is up to you so make up your mind

As for me one day I will be up there

To see all the wonders He has made

Beautiful colors we have never seen 

My thoughts of Heaven will never fade

As You Pray

Many times I have looked up to Heaven

I can only dream what I would find there

I only know if I follow Him and I believe

One day I will be in His ever loving care

I can see the many stars He has created

On an unclouded night they wink at me

I can feel the love welling up in my heart

Soon I shall be in His land where it is free

He will provide all of the things we will need

A beautiful home with good food we can eat

It is a place that He made for all His children

A place that will alway be clean and kept neat

My heart longs to be in God’s wonderful city

Where I am sure I will see you there one day

Remember you must trust in Him in all ways

Tell Him how much you love Him as you pray

Seek God

When your troubles are weary

Take them to our blessed Lord

Feel free to talk to Him any time

He will talk, He never gets bored

He loves us all with compassion

His Son died to save us from hell

Then go to His Holy city in the sky

Where there we will eternally dwell

Pay no attention to that lying devil

His words are no more that a trash

He will lead you to a fiery eternity

All of your dreams he will quash

Listen to God as He tells the truth

He has an eternal home built for you

Where peace and comfort is forever

Seek God for your life He will renew

He Is Ever Near

When storm clouds are laden with rain

Lightning strikes with eerie red flashes

As the rain starts pouring down steady

My feet are getting wet as water splashes

I look for shelter as darkness is setting in

Confused I feel like I am lost and all alone

As the wind whips up with its high intensity

Cold rain hits my head away my hat is blown

Afraid I cower down behind a rocky ledge

Then a voice calls to me from high above

Do not be startled by this storm my friend

Listen because my heart is filled with love

As I listen to this soothing voice I now hear

My fears have vanished and I no longer fear

I know it is my Lord showing me I am safe

What a great feeling knowing He is ever near

We Will Be

There will come a day very soon

I will walk on the streets of Gold

Our God will be walking with me

I will listen to everything I am told

I know it is a better place I will go

If I obey all of His commandments 

Confess to Him each and ever sin

Listen to everyone of His comments

Without doubt He is a great Master  

Having made everything we can see

He was very meticulous in their making

He wanted them right for you and me

Some day we will see what Heaven is

How He made it so beautiful for all to see

We can only dream of what it looks like

Until by God’s throne that day we will be

Any Day

When the morning is cool

The Sun has yet to shine

I pray to our dear Savior

Make my heart love thine

He is greatest of then all

Only He can save our soul

Blessed will we be by Jesus

Because Heaven is our goal

I know there is no other one

Who has this saving power

He alone will guide the people

Up to God’s beautiful tower

Any day He can take me home

Happiness for me shall ever rein

On that day that He greets me

Never more will I feel the pain
